Multi Use Lavender Therapy Pillow. Used to treat aches, pains and cramps when used hot. Simply heat carefully in the microwave and apply to affected area to soothe aching muscles or just to warm yourself as an alternative to a hot water bottle. Can also be cooled in the freezer and used as a cold pack treatment for reducing swelling.

Available in 100% cotton Liberty Tana Lawn fabrics. The bags are filled with wheat and infused with lavender essential oils making them especially soothing to use.
