Bergs potter is a Danish family business with long tradition in making handmade terracotta pots in Tuscany.
Just outside of Copenhagen, in the historic fishing village of Dragør, there is a unique interplay between the blue sea, the ornate houses and the shiny green gates of the paved avenues. It is this enchanting colour combination that inspires our glazed pots, jars and vases.
Berg potters glaze is saturated with intense colour, accentuating the nuances between our different types of pots. Each pot, jar and vase is glazed the old-fashioned way, individually and by hand.
Like Berg’s raw herb pots, the sturdy glazes and timeless colours signal that pots Glazed by Bergs are made to last for generations to come. Quality will always be classic.
This Vase/Pot is called after the Danish Queen, her royal highness Margrethe the 2nd. Among Danes it is a public secret that family and friends call the Queen the nickname Daisy. The Daisy pothas been Designed by Bergs itself and symbolises the strength, elegance and classical lines of the Queen. Furthermore, the name refers to the flower by the same name – also known as a Marguerite – with all its class, elegance and simple beauty. And so, our Daisy represents both the Queen of Denmark and a flower favourite to many.

- Local London orders (postcodes within 5 miles of our shop) are delivered by cargo-bike or car courier. Flowers delivered locally will be water-packed and delivered in our sturdy paper gift bags.
- Nationwide orders (outside of the 5mile radius) are delivered by DPD's next day service. Flowers delivered nationwide will be packed in a gel to keep the stems hydrated, and will come with a flower care leaflet.

Place your order before 2pm for a guaranteed same day deliver. We offer same day delivery to postcodes within a 5 mile radius from our shop.
Place your order before 12pm / midday (Mon - Fri) or before 11am (Sat & Sun) for a next-day delivery.
At checkout, you'll be able to choose your delivery date. Local orders will be delivered between 1 and 6pm. You'll receive an email once your order is out for delivery.
Nationwide orders will be delivered by DPD, between 8am and 6pm. You'll receive a notification with a more specific time slot on the day.
At checkout, you'll be able to leave a gift message, which will be handwritten on a card. We never include any invoices with your order.
