Before ordering your wedding or event flowers with us please make sure you have read and understood the following terms and conditions 

Once all of the details have been agreed you will be asked to pay a non refundable deposit of £500 to secure us as your wedding florist. The balance will be due 2 weeks before the date of your wedding. (COVID 19) the wedding date can be moved at no charge / loss of deposit if we are given 1 weeks notice.

If full payment is not received by the due date as stated above, Botanique Workshop reserves the right to treat the confirmed booking as cancelled.

The client is responsible for any damages to or loss of vases/props hired from Botanique Workshop for the wedding/event, from the time of delivery to the time of collection by Botanique Workshop. The client will be charged at the full cost for any replacements.

Botanique Workshop reserves the right to substitute any flower or foliage if necessary if there is any problem with availability/quality of the fresh produce on its arrival, and will use their professional judgement to make any such decisions. Every effort is taken to ensure your exact requirements.
