Please read our events and workshop policy before booking with us, which is outlined below:

If you book one of our private group workshops (such as for a hen party workshop or corporate team building workshop) please understand that:

- A deposit of £100 will be taken in order to book a workshop with us, only once payment has been made will your date and time be secured.

- Unfortunately our studio is located on the first floor and there is no ramp or lift available for those unable to climb the flights of stairs.

- Please make sure you arrive in good time so that all of the group have arrived at Exmouth Market by the start time. Please congregate either outside of our shop or inside our shop. At the time of your booking we will meet you and take you to our workshop space. It is opposite our shop on Exmouth Market in a studio within the church. You could also meet up with your group for a drink before at one of the streets bars and pubs. We recommend Mikkeller Brew Pub, Coin Laundry,  or The Exmouth Arms

- Your booking is for a limited time (1.5 to 2.5 hours), as specified when booking. As we often have other bookings or work to do in our shop it is not possible for you to stay in the studio after the two hour slot of your booking.

- You must confirm final numbers to us a week before the event. If attendees in your group drop out within a week then they will still need to pay for their place.

- If we need to cancel your event due to Government COVID-19 guidelines changing then we will reschedule your booking to a future date. If you decide to cancel your booking instead of rescheduling then your deposit will not be returned.

- Please understand that you take part in all workshops at your own risk. It is your responsibility to use our equipment carefully and follow instructions given to you by the workshop leader. We cannot be held accountable for any injury caused as a result of partaking in one of our workshops. If you are below the age of 18 you must be accompanied by an adult and the adult must be responsible for you during the class.

If you book one of our workshops as an individual ticketed booking sold on our web-shop please understand that:

However if you don’t show up, or contact us at least 7 days before the class starts then unfortunately you will not be able to attend an alternative class or keep a credit for a future class
