Decorate your venue and dining table with our Pastel Wildflowers bud vase arrangements, made up of seasonal flowers in a pastel colour palette and arranged in an unstructured, meadowy style. The flower arrangements are supplied in a bud vase (choose either glass or ceramic), perfect to decorate many areas of your wedding venue. They look beautiful scattered along dining tables, mantlepieces or window ledges.
The height of the bud vase arrangements varies between 20-28 cm depending on flowers and foliage used. Choose from our standard glass bud vases (£1 deposit and £0.40 hire fee) or our premium stoneware ceramic bud vases (£12 deposit and £4.50 hire fee).
We work with seasonal flowers, so the exact flowers you receive will differ from the flowers photographed. We do guarantee that the colour palette and style of your bouquet will be very similar to the pictures. If there's any flowers you don't want us to use, please specify this in the 'special requirements' section when you checkout. We'll do our best to meet your requirements.
What's included?
The price is for the flowers. Once you place your order for our wedding flowers you will be sent a hire and deposit invoice which you pay on card for the vessels used. In this case it is £0.40 to hire and £1 deposit per glass bottle. Or £12 deposit and £4.50 hire fee if you choose the ceramic stoneware option. The deposits will be fully refunded upon their safe return within one week of your event date. If you would like to keep the bottles, please don't return them so we know to not go ahead with the refund.
Installation of your flowers at the venue is not included in the price. If you require a florist to come to the venue to install your flowers, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can check our availability and give you a quote.
How many do I need?
We recommend using 1-2 bottle arrangements per 30-40cm length depending on how dense you would like your flower display. For a 3m long table, for example, we recommend using between 10-20 bottles. You may require bottles to be arranged more densely on mantles or window ledges, e.g. 1 bottle per 20cm. The bottles also look beautiful when paired with our jam jar arrangements and trails of loose foliage.
How will my flowers arrive?
Your flowers will arrive arranged in the bottles and packed carefully in a bag or crate, the bottles will be filled with water however may need to be topped up a little if water has spilt during transit. Installation of your flowers at the venue is not included in the price. If you require a florist to come to the venue to install your flowers please contact us as soon as possible so that we can check our availability and give you a quote.

We work closely with our trusted delivery couriers, who will ensure your wedding /event flowers are delivered to your venue safely and timely. Once we receive your order we will get in touch to confirm all of the details we need to deliver your order. You are also welcome to collect your order from our shop, in this case choose ‘Pick up’ during checkout. Please place an order per delivery address / checkout method.
Choose your date at checkout. If you need your items delivered by a particular time you can let us know when we contact you after you have placed your order. If it's not possible to deliver within your time frame (e.g. its too early in the day) we may suggest delivering the evening before. Depending on the specifics of your order, there might be an additional small fee above our standard £20 to cover our costs.
Bouquets, vase arrangements, jam jars, bowl centrepieces and bud vase arrangements always come water-packed, so no need to do anything. Buttonholes need to be kept in glasses of water to keep the stems fresh. For flower crowns, we recommend keeping them in the fridge overnight or just before your wedding.
As our off-the-peg items are designed so that they are very easy to install yourself, a setup isn't usually required. If you would require one of our florists to travel to your venue, there will be an additional charge. Setup fees start from £50.

We have a dispatch time of 5 days, but please order as much in advance as possible so that we can arrange our planning around your wedding or event, and dedicate ourselves fully to your special day.
All of our off the peg range is designed so that we are able to create something that is not just stunning but a close match to the photos year round. If you would like to tweak the designs by adding in particular flowers that are in season on your day or slightly adjusting the colour palette we can usually facilitate this. For up to 3 ‘tweaks’ we add a 10% customisation charge, please email us on flowers@botaniqueworkshop.com before placing your order to confirm if your customisations will be possible.
