Decorate areas around your wedding venue with our beautiful vase arrangements, designed in a fresh, vibrant and summery colour palette and arranged alongside lush greenery. Our vase arrangements come in three different sizes.
We work with seasonal flowers, so the exact flowers you receive will differ from the flowers photographed. We do guarantee that the colour palette and style of your bouquet will be very similar to the pictures. If there's any flowers you don't want us to use, please specify this in the 'special requirements' section when you checkout. We'll do our best to meet your requirements.
What's included?
The price mentioned is for the flowers. Once you place your order for our wedding flowers you will be sent a hire and deposit invoice which you pay on card for the vessels used. In this case it is £5.60 to hire and £14 deposit for a regular vase, £5.60 to hire and £22 deposit for a large vase and £5.60 to hire and £25 deposit for an extra large vase. These deposits will be refunded upon their safe return within one week of your event date. If you would like to keep the vases to reuse yourself, please just don't return them.
Installation of your flowers at the venue is not included in the price. If you require a florist to come to the venue to install your flowers please contact us as soon as possible so that we can check our availability and give you a quote.
How to use these?
Our vase arrangements are often used to decorate the end of the aisle, registrar table, plinths in the church or around the reception venue, on the bar/coffee table/buffet at the wedding reception and along mantlepieces. Two XL vase arrangements work perfectly positioned on plinths either side at the end of the aisle. A single or pair of large or XL vase arrangements work very well on a bar. One large vase arrangement is effective on a mantlepiece or window ledge finished off with trailing foliage and / or mixed with jam jar and bottle arrangements.

Your flowers will arrive arranged in the vases and packed carefully in a bag or crate. The vases will be filled with water, they may need to be topped up a little if water has spilt during transit. Installation of your flowers at the venue is not included in the price. Delivery
We deliver our wedding flowers to venues within London, to addresses within 4 miles of our shop, and this is £20 for your preferred 2 hour delivery slot. If your venue is outside of this radius, deliveries may incur additional charges and you will be sent an invoice for these charges once you have placed your order. Alternatively, you can choose to collect in-store or arrange a courier yourself. If you require your wedding flowers to be delivered to multiple addresses please place a separate order per address.

Frequently Asked Questions
We work with our trusted couriers who will deliver your products and gifts with care. Local orders (within 5 miles from our shop) will be delivered by local couriers, whereas nationwide orders will be delivered by DPD. For sustainability purposes and to reduce waste, we reuse our suppliers' boxes to safely package your gifts.
At checkout, you'll see your shipping options. We offer a flexible, 2-3 working days shipping option, as well as same and next day options for an additional price.
If your order includes a bouquet of flowers, you'll also have the option to choose your delivery date.
Delivery rates will be displayed at the checkout, starting from £3.50. We offer free delivery on all orders over £50.
If your order includes a bouquet of flower, we'll deliver it for free on a weekday of your choice.
Absolutely. For local deliveries (within 5 miles from our shop), you will receive tracking information directly from our local couriers. Nationwide deliveries are made by DPD, who will send delivery updates by text and/or email. Please make sure to provide DPD with your safe space, as we cannot give this to them.
