We deliver our wedding flowers across London. Our website will allow you to choose a delivery address within 4 miles of our shop. If your venue is slightly further away, please get in touch via email.
At checkout, you'll be able to choose your delivery date.
Dress up your wedding venue with our skilfully arranged bowl arrangements in a fresh and vibrant colour palette. These arrangements can be used to dress up pew ends or dining tables, but they also look fantastic displayed on a mantlepiece or plinth, effortlessly adding the finishing touch to your wedding venue. Coral pinks and vibrant yellows are complemented by an abundance of fresh greenery, for a truly luxurious feel.
We work with seasonal flowers, so the exact flowers you receive will differ from the flowers photographed. We do guarantee that the colour palette and style of your bouquet will be very similar to the pictures. If there's any flowers you don't want us to use, please specify this in the 'special requirements' section when you checkout. We'll do our best to meet your requirements.
How big is it?
The small bowl arrangements are approximately 40cm (at the tallest point) with a circumference (including flowers) of approximately 25cm. The large bowl arrangements are approximately 45cm (at the tallest point) with a circumference (including flowers) of approximately 30cm
What's included?
The price of £65/95 is for 1 bowl arrangement, and includes a £20/30 deposit for the bowl and flower pin inside. The deposit will be fully refunded upon safe return of both the bowl and flower pin within 1 week of the event. Please keep the chicken wire inside the bowls too, as this will be reused.
Installation of your flowers at the venue is not included in the price. If you require a florist to come to the venue to install your flowers, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can check our availability and give you a quote.
How will my flowers arrive?
We deliver our wedding flowers to venues within London. For central London addresses within 4 miles of our shop, we can deliver free of charge between 1-5pm, using a cargo-bike. If your venue is outside of this radius or you would like to request a specific delivery time (e.g. delivery before noon), we will arrange an Addison Lee for you and send you a separate invoice. Alternatively, you can choose to collect in-store or arrange a courier yourself. If you require your wedding flowers to be delivered to multiple addresses please place a seperate order per address.

We work closely with our trusted delivery couriers, who will ensure your wedding /event flowers are delivered to your venue safely and timely. Depending on the size of your order, we will book a delivery car or van. For smaller orders, we'll opt for the eco-friendly option of cargo-bike deliveries.
We can arrange a 2h time slot, to ensure your flowers get delivered on time. Depending on the size of your order, there might be an additional small fee covering our costs.
Bouquets, vase arrangements, jam jars, bowl centrepieces and milk bottle arrangements always come water-packed, so no need to do anything. Buttonholes need to be kept in glasses of water to keep the stems fresh. For flower crowns, we recommend keeping them in the fridge overnight or just before your wedding.
As our off-the-peg items are designed so that they are very easy to install yourself, a setup isn't usually included. If you would require one of our florists to travel to your venue, there will be an additional charge. Setup fees start from £50.
Ordering process
We have a dispatch time of 5 days, but please order as much in advance as possible so that we can arrange our planning around your wedding or event, and dedicate ourselves fully to your special day.
Yes, there is some room for customisation. If you would like us to use your favourite flower, work with your brand's colours, or if there's anything else we need to know, please leave a note at checkout or email flowers@botaniqueworkshop.com.
The flowers
We always work with seasonal flowers, so the exact flowers you'll receive will differ slightly from those pictured. We will however stick to the colour palettes of our off-the-peg collections. Here's a handy guide on what flowers will be in season on your wedding or event date, to give you an idea of what our florists may be able to use.
