We deliver our wedding flowers across London. Our website will allow you to choose a delivery address within 4 miles of our shop. If your venue is slightly further away, please get in touch via email.
At checkout, you'll be able to choose your delivery date.
A beautifully curated flower arrangement supplied in a milk bottle, perfect to decorate many areas of your wedding venue, such as scattered along dining tables, mantlepieces or window ledges.
The height of the milk bottle arrangements varies between 20-28 cm depending on flowers and foliage used.
We work with seasonal flowers, so the exact flowers you receive will differ from the flowers photographed. We do guarantee that the colour palette and style of your bouquet will be very similar to the pictures. If there's any flowers you don't want us to use, please specify this in the 'special requirements' section when you checkout. We'll do our best to meet your requirements.
What's included?
The price of £13 is for the flowers and the use of our milk bottles. Once you place your order for our wedding flowers you will be sent a deposit invoice which you pay on card for the vessels used, in this case £1 per milk bottle, which will then be refunded upon their safe return within one week of your date. If you would like to keep the bottles, please don't return them so we know to not go ahead with the refund.
Installation of your flowers at the venue is not included in the price. If you require a florist to come to the venue to install your flowers, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can check our availability and give you a quote.
How many do I need?
We recommend using 1-2 bottle arrangements per 30-40cm length depending on how dense you would like your flower display. For a 3m long table, for example, we recommend using between 10-20 bottles. You may require bottles to be arranged more densely on mantles or window ledges, e.g. 1 bottle per 20cm. The bottles also look beautiful when paired with our jam jar arrangements and trails of loose foliage.
How will my flowers arrive?
Your milk bottle arrangements will arrive packed carefully in a bag or crate. The bottles will be filled with water, however you may need to top them up if water has spilt during the delivery.
Installation of your flowers at the venue is not included in the price. If you require a florist to come to the venue to install your flowers please contact us as soon as possible so that we can check our availability and give you a quote.

delivery
We work closely with our trusted delivery couriers, who will ensure your wedding /event flowers are delivered to your venue safely and timely. Depending on the size of your order, we will book a delivery car or van. For smaller orders, we'll opt for the eco-friendly option of cargo-bike deliveries.
We can arrange a 2h time slot, to ensure your flowers get delivered on time. Depending on the size of your order, there might be an additional small fee covering our costs.
Bouquets, vase arrangements, jam jars, bowl centrepieces and milk bottle arrangements always come water-packed, so no need to do anything. Buttonholes need to be kept in glasses of water to keep the stems fresh. For flower crowns, we recommend keeping them in the fridge overnight or just before your wedding.
As our off-the-peg items are designed so that they are very easy to install yourself, a setup isn't usually included. If you would require one of our florists to travel to your venue, there will be an additional charge. Setup fees start from £50.
Ordering process
We have a dispatch time of 5 days, but please order as much in advance as possible so that we can arrange our planning around your wedding or event, and dedicate ourselves fully to your special day.
Yes, there is some room for customisation. If you would like us to use your favourite flower, work with your brand's colours, or if there's anything else we need to know, please leave a note at checkout or email flowers@botaniqueworkshop.com.
The flowers
We always work with seasonal flowers, so the exact flowers you'll receive will differ slightly from those pictured. We will however stick to the colour palettes of our off-the-peg collections. Here's a handy guide on what flowers will be in season on your wedding or event date, to give you an idea of what our florists may be able to use.
We're always here to help. Please email flowers@botaniqueworkshop.com and tell us a little bit more about your venue or event space, how many guests you'll be having and what the table setting looks like.
If you are looking for something that you can't find here, don't hesitate to get in touch with flowers@botaniqueworkshop.com to share your ideas and request a quote.
For larger weddings and events or for those who require bigger installations (e.g. flower arches or window displays), we recommend opting for our bespoke services.
